We accept returns or offer replacements only in the case of:
Damaged or defective items
Incorrect product delivered
Return should be initiated within 7 working days
Replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or minor variations due to the handmade nature of our products. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.
